Our client is a Toronto based startup helping homeowners connect with trusted professionals and better manage all of their household needs through one easy-to-use platform. Our client has ambitious goals and the funding to support their next level of growth.
The Opportunity:
The mission of this hire will be to refine and scale the product experience and how it delivers value to a rapidly growing network of Homeowners and a curated network of "pros" who deliver service.
The goal is a Best in Class marketplace that, within one year, will have had business success and is considered the preferred household management solution of homeowners.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- Someone who thinks like an owner and is interested in building a B2B2C marketplace business.
- Experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer, responsible for the end to end product experience and overall look and feel/brand.
- Experience designing consumer products web or mobile app product or an e-commerce/loyalty experience with a sign up/registration > transaction > referral flows.
- Someone who challenges the norms and is interested in disrupting traditional assumptions and models of marketplaces.
