Summit Search group has partnered with Our client who is looking for a talented Senior Copywriter to join their team. The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy across a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and has a strong brand sense. The candidate would ideally have a background in the fashion industry but is not a requirement.

The position is a remote position in Canada, with availability during company working hours. Some travel throughout the year is required to absorb the brand information and invest themselves in the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and messaging for a variety of campaigns and product descriptions, including social media, SEO, digital campaigns, product knowledge, email, blog posts, and other digital and print materials.
• Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine content strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand the target audience and create content that speaks to their needs, interests, and pain points.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek to improve your craft.
• Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an agency or in-house creative department
• Strong experience in digital ad copy- understanding the platforms and how in ad and caption copy work together to create the full message.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats across different industries and channels.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana and other relevant software applications
