Quit Genius is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment life cycle from role kickoff, sourcing, screening and scheduling to closing candidates for critical clinical contract and full-time hiring. Roles include but are not limited to Coaches, Counselors, and Providers.


What You Will Do
  • Support innovative sourcing strategies to drive strong and diverse talent pipelines
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience to ensure timely hiring of talent to support our members
  • Educate stakeholders and interviewers when necessary on best practices to drive amazing candidate experience and fair and compliant hiring criteria
  • Embed best diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, ensuring all interview processes are fair and inclusive
  • Develop a talent pool community by engaging with digital health, counselor, coach and provider talent communities
  • Promote Quit Genius' employee value proposition and mission
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to recruiting, that allows us to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Leverage and ensure compliant use of our internal tools for data transparency, integrity, and reporting
  • Accountable for ensuring that your hiring metrics reflect our service levels which would include quality, quantity of candidates to deliver on our promise to hire in less than 30 days and honor our commitment to an amazing hiring manager and candidate experience

What You Will Bring


  • Demonstrable track record of hiring top talent in a high-performing and fast growth digital health/clinical environment
  • Significant experience as a full cycle recruiter, with a track record of creative sourcing and hiring across business functions
  • Knowledge of various clinical licensure types (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LDAC, LSAC) as well as understanding of nationwide licensing requirements, reciprocity, and credentialing
  • An ability to think outside of the box and be innovative when it comes to sourcing and finding outstanding talent
  • Demonstrated tenacity and resilience in challenging situations
  • An amazing communicator that collaborates easily across all different types of teams (candidates, hiring managers, peers)
  • An ability to solve complex problems in a rapidly scaling organization
  • Strong operational skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Data-driven with the ability to use and analyze data to make smart decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting SaaS platforms and sourcing tools
