What You’ll Do

In this role, you will own multichannel messaging and testing strategies for CRM outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for personalizing messaging and filling in gaps in the customer experience. Your scope will span across all CRM outreach channels--email, text, push and outbound call. You’ll spend a lot of your time in our Customer Data Platform (Redpoint) to refine customer segmentation approach and in our analytics tools (Adobe, Tableau, Power BI) synthesizing data and campaign performance to determine next steps. This role is very collaborative with both technical and creative team members on the day-to-day, all working together to deliver a more personalized experience for our customers to drive retention. This is a unique position that blends strategy and execution, offering exposure across a number of internal teams.

  • Customer segmentation
    • Identify meaningful ways to personalize messaging for customers to deliver a clear, cohesive experience to positively influence core business outcomes
    • Become an expert in customer data and master the customer targeting capabilities of our Customer Data Platform (Repoint)
  • Reporting and analytics
    • Interpret campaign test performance and translate into key takeaways for the business/next steps
    • Distribute results to teammates and stakeholders
  • Test, learn and iterate
    • Approach customer experiences in your scope with a constant pursuit of a better way; continuous refinement of messaging through thoughtful testing and optimization
  • Collaboration and coordination
    • Guide timely and accurate execution of projects through creative and development in our project management tool (Jira)
    • Be an active participant in the team dialogue; we want your POV on things!
Why we will love you
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience. Email required; plus text preferred. Push, direct mail, media, call center or web/app eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Experience in a/b or multivariant testing; solid understanding of marketing metrics to effectively analyze campaign performance
  • Proficient in Excel; proficiency in Adobe, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Experience working with Customer Data Platform (Redpoint, Salesforce, Braze, etc.)
  • Track record of developing thoughtful outbound programs that drive personalized customer journeys and deliver on core business KPIs (engagement, traffic, ROI)
  • Proficient in Excel; proficiency in Adobe, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Effectively manage your time and maintain focus on priorities
  • Confidence to challenge norms (with respect) but ask questions to understand first

Must be located in Utah and willing to work a hybrid schedule of 1 day per week in our Draper Office.
