Job Summary

What you would be doing:
We receive inbound calls and assist customers with setting up the most essential services such as TV, Internet, Phone, Warranties, Home Automation, Security and Moving with a single person. We partner with all of the major service providers, and all of our calls are highly qualified and referred by our partners nationwide. Check out our video at www.kandela.com.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for outgoing individuals who can answer inbound customer sales calls to assist customers with self-serve services, offer and sell TV, Internet, Home phone, Renters Insurance, Movers, Moving Trucks, Warranties, Home Automation and Security.
People who have a servant heart who can provide an amazing experience to our customers with inbound calls only and motivated to make their own paycheck here. The commission structure has no cap!!

- Bilingual Spanish get paid $1 more for taking English and Spanish calls.
Inside Sales Primary Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete our 3 weeks paid comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
- Wow our customers with excellent customer service, consultative sales, and relationship building
- Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions including exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
Inside Sales Required Qualities/Experience:
- Sales/customer service background preferred, but not required
- Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can-do" attitude
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- High level of integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Sense of humor
- Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to learn a variety of products and services and multiple ordering systems.
Attendance Requirements:
- We’re committed to your success as a Moving Concierge. We care deeply about your career and provide a detailed onboarding experience. Your journey begins with (6 or 10 weeks) of training. The rest of your first 90 days will be on-the-job, in person coaching with your manager to ensure you are mastering the role. Therefore, your first 90 days of employment are critical to your onboarding which the days are jam packed with information that is essential to your success in your new role and your career at Porch. While exceptions can be made for true emergencies that arise, in general, perfect attendance is required for the first 90 days.
Compensation:
$12.00 hourly base + high commission, bonus and sales incentives (think TVs, iPads, gift cards galore!) potential raises every 3 months. Great reps can make much more!Fantastic benefits, including:
