What You'll Do:
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for high-volume recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel to appropriately staff customer programs based on patient volume and forecasted staffing needs. The role requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams. The Clinical Recruiter reports directly to the Sr. Recruiting and Staffing Manager and will play an active role in the development of full life cycle recruitment processes, procedures, and policies to drive scalability and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
High-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel (Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, etc.) to appropriately staff customer programs based on patient volume and forecasted staffing needs.
Partner with the Clinical team on the selection process
Support the Clinical team with the scheduling of clinical personnel across all customer programs
Build and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates to support business growth through sourcing and engagement
Support corporate recruitment efforts as needed
Support with the development of full life cycle recruitment processes, procedures, and policies to drive scalability and efficiency
Complete offboarding of clinical personnel
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Maintain in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to The Team:
3+ years of experience with high-volume recruiting and staffing of clinical personnel (Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, CDCESs, etc.). Experience recruiting independent contractors preferred.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Proven experience utilizing an ATS, scheduling applications, and learning management platforms
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations
Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage processes and systems to support a growing business
Energetic and positive personality with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
