Who are we?

We are an innovative AI startup aimed at revolutionizing the tax industry. We are developing an AI tax assistant specifically designed for CPA firms, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning technologies to automate tasks typically performed by tax associates. Our product suite includes a knowledge bot, customer support bot, document scanning and extraction features and tax software integration.

We’ve raised pre-seed round capital and launched MVP. We are ready for the next phase of product development.

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, creative, hands-on and well-rounded digital marketing specialist!

The position starts with a service contract with a competitive service rate. A perfect candidate would be a competent marketer who would grow with us and eventually move into a permanent role with a competitive compensation package.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

2. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

9. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

10. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

11. Participate in the capital raising activities – marketing material, product demo etc.

Qualifications:

1. Hands on, hands on, hands on. You need to have the idea and also deliver FAST!

2. Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech industry.

3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

6. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

8. Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

9. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

12. Passionate about AI and being part of start up? A huge plus!
