Job Overview
The company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up sales appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold outreach and have a passion for sales.
Requirements Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails and LinkedIn reachout to generate new leads and qualify prospects
Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using our CRM software
Set up sales appointments for the sales team
Conduct research on target industries and companies to identify potential prospects
Provide feedback to the CEO on the quality of leads generated and make recommendations for improvement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment or similar
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Available during EST hours M-F, 8-5 pm
Excellent English C1/C2
Benefits
Salary: $1000-$1200 per month
Commission/Bonus: Commission bonus that is based on attainment of your quarterly KPI
