Mitratech is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative with a hunter mentality who will drive qualified pipeline from key prospects in key markets. This is a vital position that significantly contributes to our organization’s success.


Through a variety of tactics, you will collaborate with sales and marketing to source, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified pipeline for our sales organization. You work well under pressure, you are a skilled multitasker, and you are highly motivated. You can lead friendly and informative phone conversations with ease, and your email communication skills are top notch.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Source new prospects through cold calling and by emailing key personas in key markets
  • Follow-up on your outbound leads through a set cadence of emails and phone calls
  • Book qualified meetings for the field sales teams
  • Research accounts and prospects to gather relevant insights
  • Develop and nurture prospects until they are ready to speak with a field rep
  • Drive attendance for webinars and pre-book meetings for tradeshows
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic business development tactics
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and operations on the hand-off for qualified demand
  • Align and collaborate with assigned territory owner to understand regional needs
  • Manage records in Salesforce.com to ensure accurate and effective lead management
  • Consistently achieve KPIs to ensure key objectives are met


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Highly effective communication skills that convey professionalism in all written, verbal, and virtual meetings
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone or email
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and a proven track record of success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree (optional)
