Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Active outbound calls, emails, and messages to leads generated from digital campaigns, conferences, references, webinars, trade shows, and more with the goal of booking sales presentations.
  • Articulate Incredible Health's mission and value propositions to prospects.
  • Drive new, qualified sales opportunities to build pipeline and revenue.
  • Coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings between sales leaders and prospects to discuss new opportunities and business expansions.
  • Prioritize which leads to follow up with based on ideal customer fit, anticipated opportunity size, existing relationship, etc.
  • Test and optimize outreach automation.
  • Track performance and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Report directly to the VP of Enterprise Marketing.


Qualifications:


  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with prospective customers.
  • Advanced presentation and persuasion skills.
  • A "never say never" attitude with a strong eye for building and improving processes.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred, ideally in the healthcare technology space.
  • Previous startup experience preferred.
  • Strong CRM/Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Sales Navigator and sales automation tool experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analogous role with a proven track record in an SDR function.
