To help us take our next step, we are looking for a driven Content and
Influencer Project Manager to help us continue our journey in the health and
wellness market and bring BURST products to patients everywhere.
Your Mission:
We’re looking for a Content and Influencer Project Manager who will be a key
component of our marketing team. We make the very best products in oral
care – your job is helping us find the right mix of influencers and content
formats tell that story online.
This position will own all parts of the BURST content creation via influencers, including, but not limited to
projections, launches, analytics, and marketing. Working closely with our CMO, marketing team, and social team, the Content and Influencer Project Manager will be an integral part of growing both revenue and brand awareness for this fast-growing e-comm startup.
You will report to our CMO.
What You Will Do:
The Content and Influencer Project Manager will support the marketing team in the creation, management & execution of all influencer content, strategy, partnerships, and programming.
Content, Content, Content: this role will manage, review, and ensure the optimization of both video and still content.
Key within this role is to create and manage a deep network of influencers who lead the dental and lifestyle conversation in key social platforms and within key cultural verticals (health, entertainment, etc.), to leverage across the brand and business line plans.
The role will create brand equity and demand for key BURST products and stories.
The position will develop strategies that foster consumer connections and inspire new/existing audiences via influencer relations and channels.
This position is responsible for providing a wide range of management across multiple influencer projects, experiences and campaigns within the Consumer Engagement team that scale globally.
Manages the development of robust network of micro to mega influencers across health, culture, and lifestyle to leverage across all brand and business line plans.
Establishes influencer objectives, priorities, plans and processes.
Creates clear & innovative influencer strategies to ensure maximum leverage and optimal service, clearly communicating strategy in line with brand guardrails.
America & Global seasonal influencer programming that fuels consumer demand & engagement, including both organic and paid programs.
Oversees the organization of the influencer calendar and reporting across all influencer activity.
America and globally within regions, manages organization/database of global/regional content.
Oversee licensee influence initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Identifies and sources new influencer talent & cross-channel trends.
Manages internal relationships to ensure all plans reflect business priorities and needs.
Manages all reporting around influencer programs based on existing/new platforms & consumer insights in partnership with regional teams.
Creates inspiration internally and externally for the influencer function.
Lead influencer team, managing professional development and growth.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
4-5+ years of relevant experience in social/ influencer marketing space either within agency or brand (ideally both), ideally with a lifestyle background, and a long-term desire to pursue a career in influence and creative
Key relationships with talent directly and talent managers and proven track record within industry a must
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to tell a story in compelling fashion.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
Deep knowledge and interest in influencer and digital trends
Be in the know - stay current on fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, culture, art, music and design trends.
Live the function - have a strong POV on digital platforms/commerce and latest trends!
