Following multiple acquisitions in 2021, VASS Group has an added focus on brand reach and exposure for the two leading brands in the United States & Canada. The leading brand are VASS & NATEEVO.
We are currently searching for a regional marketing lead to execute on all brand, GTM, and partner expansion marketing for two brands under the VASS portfolio.
The Expectation for Success
We are looking for a strategic and highly driven individual with experience in global marketing, regional market planning, marketing campaign execution and partner marketing relations.
The individual for this role will:
- Have 5-10 years of experience in global and regional marketing (including digital channel marketing and events)
- Thrive in a fast-paced growing global organization
- Be a self-starter driven by both intrinsic and extrinsic successes
- Be able to incorporate multi-brand marketing needs into focused marketing strategies and campaigns
- Build strategic marketing plans as well as support in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Experience with Pardot or like Marketing Automation solutions
- Be able to work with global marketing colleagues across many regions
- Demonstrated ability to working in remote teams
- Experience partnering with Technology vendors such as SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
- Agency experience a plus
Areas of responsibilities
Global Partnership responsibilities:
- Be part of a Global Branding and Marketing team, with cross-functional teams based around the globe. You will be a key player in the company’s marketing strategy at a local/regional level.
- Work with the GEO Marketing Head + Sales MD/Country Manager to liaise marketing regional/local plans.
- Collaborate with VASS Corporate Marketing team on global campaigns and initiatives.
§ Support global marketing multiple social channel campaign efforts (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram)
§ Support global internal and external campaigns (i.e. talent features, product/service features)
§ Weekly reporting with global marketing team on active campaigns and initiatives, campaign metrics and collaboration opportunities
Multi-brand responsibilities:
o You will create the B2B marketing, comms, EB and branding local strategy ideation, planning and end-to-end execution ensuring corporate guidelines and standards alignment.
- Collaboration, alignment, development, execution and monitor targeted activities, events, demand-gen, lead-gen, hospitality activities, ABM and commercial activities and campaigns. Ensuring the goals set along with both regional/local sales and global/regional marketing are met.
- Work with the two leading brands (VASS & NATEEVO) Management and Sales Leaders on:
- Brand expansion within the US & CA markets
- Go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and services
- Sales-driven marketing campaign planning and execution
- Partner marketing efforts
- Event planning and associated marketing
Tactical marketing responsibilities:
- Local branding implementation and building ensuring corporate branding guidelines and standards alignment.
- Creation and management the visual identity as well as all kinds of visual assets for social media campaigns under corporate branding standards and policies.
- Execution of all marketing plan activities, including, but not limited to:
- Social media content + bi-weekly check-ins with global social media manager to align on both regional and global content
- Event coordination and promotion (sponsorship coordination, collateral development, speaking and/or presentation development, event logistics, event promotion and follow up)
- Manage one-off regional website needs (Site updates, new landing pages, event registration pages, etc.)
- Email campaigns (newsletters, lead nurture campaigns, event campaigns, etc.)
- Manage design requests with global marketing team
- Sales enablement campaigns and asset creation management (collateral such as 1-pagers, presentations, email etc.)
- Monthly reporting on regional marketing initiatives and ROI for sales (SQL, MQL, pipeline driven, etc.)
This is a full-time remote position, and we will consider candidates across North America with a preference for individuals located in Vancouver, BC, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX.
Requirements:
- University-level degree in Marketing or associated field
- Strong analytical skills

- Bilingualism (English / Spanish) is an asset
