The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key player in shaping the digital landscape of our division. Partner closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and execute digital initiatives. This role will involve close collaboration with local, regional, and global teams across sales, marketing, and product management, driving digital engagement to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and sales funnel development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, integrating best practices to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Manage multiple, regional websites for the division, ensuring consistent messaging and design. Coordinate with corporate communications teams for global website management.
  • Contribute to the creation and publication of all marketing content, including blog posts, articles, and social media content, adhering to Fujifilm guidelines, while infusing local and global relevance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Execute SEO initiatives, including content updates and paid/organic search strategies to optimize search rankings.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, focusing on defined strategic objectives.
  • Execute and manage digital engagement strategies, from conception to execution, to convert prospects into leads and nurture them through the buying process.
  • Create and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, tailored to different business segments within the Graphic Communication Division.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce teams to maximize digital marketing outcomes.

Required Skills/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns.
  • Understanding of commercial sales cycles, particularly in capital equipment and supply businesses.
  • Strong skills in SEO, SEM, and familiarity with key digital platforms (Google Ads, Salesforce Account Engagement, Wordpress, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skill both verbal and written
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at various management levels.

  • Ability to travel (estimated 10%).
