Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Aviatrix, your role goes beyond traditional marketing strategies. You can shape the future of how the company goes to market in an AI-driven world. Your goal is to create an exceptional and dynamic digital experience for customers from their first interaction with the brand to their continued growth as loyal customers.

The role of a Digital Marketing Manager at Aviatrix involves various responsibilities and tasks related to digital marketing, including:

  • Digital journey: Optimize the digital journey from initial touchpoint to loyal customer, ensuring the right content and messaging every quarter to accelerate conversion, and inspire growth.
  • Website optimization: Manage our web content tool (Hushly) and implement a web optimization strategy to bring digital assets to peak performance and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • ABM: Leverage our tech stack and paid digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn) to formulate robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (specifically through Hushly) to convert prospective customers, expand current customers, and accelerate lead to MQL to SQL conversion.

Demand Generation Support:

  • SEM: Manage our SEM vendor (Nowspeed) and establish a commanding online presence. Overall support for demand generation and SEM strategies to amplify the brand's presence.
  • Digital events: Support digital events, planning experiences that leave lasting impressions.
  • Lead nurture: Support lead nurturing processes to engage individuals effectively.
  • Content marketing support: Support content creation across various marketing tactics, tailoring each piece to contribute to the brand's overall story and deliver on its place in the journey.
  • AI Ops support: Leverage AI tools for outbound marketing to engage our audience effectively and efficiently with hyper-personalization.
  • Social media support: Devise strategies to optimize the brand's presence on various social media platforms.

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Aviatrix, your role involves creating exceptional digital experiences, developing ABM strategies, supporting digital events, nurturing leads, optimizing web assets, leveraging AI tools, managing social media presence, supporting content creation, and managing SEM efforts.

Your contributions will help the company exceed expectations and significantly impact the industry.

We’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will have a combination of performance marketing (website, paid / display) with exposure to Cloud and B2B Marketing
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with data and know-how to pull, analyze, and manipulate data, especially compiling reports and representing learnings in a coherent story.
  • Experience with managing creative processes and working cross-functionally with creative teams to build ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of how to instrument ad tracking and ad operations.
  • Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills with the ability to work with creative, technical, and business teams.
  • Experience initiating & driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools like Omni, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with content platforms (Hushly/Uberflip/Pathfactory), WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, Copy.ai, Coda etc.

  • The US salary range for this full-time marketing position is $125k - $155k + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
