Role Summary:
Lunavi is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing and hands-on experience with HubSpot. This role is crucial for someone passionate about crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and enhance market presence. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts, harnessing data analytics and generative AI to deliver innovative solutions that resonate with our target audiences and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Oversee promotional event strategies and organize events efficiently, including trade shows, partner events, and in-house events.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, branding, and organization of the company’s publications.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, IT channel partners, and potential clients to build strategic partnerships.
- Provide competitive intelligence and research.
- Identifies and builds strategic alliances across the IT channel, vendors, and other partners.
- Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in utilizing HubSpot for inbound marketing and CRM practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Preferrable experience using Webflow and Salesforce.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Progressive in the use of AI tools to generate content and research.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter, capable of strategically guiding marketing initiatives from conception to completion.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting compelling marketing messages.
- Creative thinker with a passion for integrated marketing and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering on goals and objectives.
