As a Sales Development Representative on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:
- Assist the Key Account Director in acquiring and growing high-value clients.
- Contribute to developing strategies and best practices for key account development.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
- Build trust and relationships with warm prospects to convert them into leads.
- Set sales appointments and follow up on leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of targeted prospects.
- Track progress towards individual and team sales goals.
- Represent the company and its services effectively during all interactions with prospects.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Director to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, workflow, and track activity.
- Regularly report to the Director on activities, results, and progress towards goals.
(Required Qualifications)

- Experience:1+ years of experience in outbound sales.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals through effective prospecting and lead conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and working knowledge of MS Office preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desire and ability to learn and grow within the company.
- Comfort interacting with people at all levels in an organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
