We are a sales development agency in Toronto, Canada, helping startups build better outbound sales campaigns. Our clients are cutting-edge startups funded by top VCs (Y Combinator, Sequoia, Tiger Global, etc.) that are going to market and looking to build sales pipeline. 



We are looking for a creative self-starter that is a master of cold emails and is eager to take on a leadership role in working with fast-growing startups. 



Job Summary (SDR):



The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for overseeing the email sales campaigns for Zevenue’s clients. This person must be organized, able to write well, and willing to learn quickly about B2B outreach. The responsibilities for this role take place in four stages. 



Stage 1: Process Mastery

Monitor client inboxes and incoming leads for responses
Master using Instantly
Gather weekly campaign reporting for clients


Stage 2: Campaign Writing

Track outbound email performance and make weekly suggestions on campaign improvement
Write campaigns for Zevenue’s outbound campaigns
Write campaigns for clients


Stage 3: Ownership

Ownership for clients’ campaign performance and Key Performance Indicators
Build workflows for how we leverage AI to scale writing and research
Lead efforts to build Zevenue’s Research Engine that results in well-crafted email campaigns


Stage 4: Leadership

Build your own leadership path. This can be responsibility for managing accounts, managing a Sales Development team, or owning the Lead Generation function. We are looking for a self-starter that is hungry and ready to build a better way to do sales outreach.


We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:


Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales campaigns
Experience managing outbound email campaigns from start to finish
Comfort with spreadsheets and tracking metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote environment
Ability to have time overlap with Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5). 


Bonus:
Prior BDR/SDR experience, or a similar role that involves marketing or copywriting
Familiarity with tools for prospecting, sending emails and lead research
Experience working for a SaaS company
