Responsibilities and Duties- Maintains student placement records and reports in accordance with Standards of Accreditation.
- Assists students with job skills that will allow them to be successful in their job search, including resume and letter writing; interviewing; job search strategies.
- Participates in the Professional Development course, as needed
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in professional development.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with excellent time management and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn software for data entry and report generation.
- CampusVue experience a plus.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, as well as people skills and strong communication skills.
- B2B Staffing sales and recruiting experiences a plus.
- Teaching experience a plus.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Comfort and proficiency in the use of social media platforms preferred.
- Dedicated space/office must be free from distractions and background noise (personal calls, visitors, pets, TV, children, etc.)
- Must adhere to set schedule
- Continuous/active communication with managers and co-workers
