RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond to incoming service calls and/or to self-service ticketing queues on behalf of clients to provide accurate and appropriate information
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved
- Document conversations and capture information
- Adhere to established levels of service
- Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames
- Multiple shifts available
Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Attention to detail and submitting information accurately
- Must have access to a computer and Internet connectivity
- Able to complete an on-line customer service training prior to taking calls
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
