Position: Due to the impact of Covid-19, this position is being trialled on a variable basis (Part-time), with the prospect of becoming a Full-time role in the future.
Works with: Entire In-house Growth Marketing team; high calibre, switched on clients (mostly medium / large web businesses)
Key objectives: Lead a Growth Marketing team working across Biddable, Programmatic, Social, Inbound, SEO, Content.
Design and drive high impact acquisition and growth strategies. Help the business win new accounts and grow opportunities with existing clients, take ownership of the team, projects, outcomes and future plans.
Who you are:
You are an experienced performance marketing pro who worked across both biddable and inbound marketing. You are an expert at bringing traffic in but also know how to play beyond the pure acquisition play.
You worked with the senior leadership team and can communicate a digital marketing plan at their level.
Your strong numeracy and focus on business metrics rather marketing vanity metrics help you win their trust and focus on improving a client’s bottom line.
You are well versed in the GMP Search360, D&V360 and Campaign manager. A plus if you also played with Adobe Advertising Cloud.
Your agency experience means you can juggle multiple projects and know that ultimately time is money. You also know that creating solutions/processes/tools that drive client value will saving time is the smart way forward.
Since you’ve done a few rounds working with agencies, you are also probably tired of the usual bollocks going on with large groups and want to join a company that thrives to produce a different model. Think of us being the half-way house between agencies and in-house.

The Job Description
Summary
This role will be responsible for crafting strategy and implementing tactics to improve processes and solutions and to develop digital strategies focused on growing our client’s business using a range of channels.
The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for leveraging a working knowledge of paid, organic and owned digital marketing channels, across with leading a fully remote team and managing customer relationships.
The Responsibilities

Skills and Experience
In-depth PPC/Biddable knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns
Track record of developing and managing growth marketing programs
Ability to set multi-channels management plan and execute them
Commercial/financial acumen to tie marketing actions to business performance
Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication skills,
Strong analytical skills and research abilities with demonstrated previous results in creating strategic direction
Experience in managing large budgets and deliver across multiple KPIs
In-depth knowledge of the industry and technology
Results-oriented with the ability to prioritise multiple objectives,
Demonstrated experience leading a remote team
Exceptional interpersonal skills giving you the ability to build report, manage your team and pitch new ideas
Qualifications / Education:
5+ years Paid Media experience or related Growth/ Biddable lead experience
In-depth PPC knowledge & significant experience running ad campaigns
Track record of developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing programs
Ability to set multi-channels management plan and execute them
Demonstrated leadership, organisational and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and research abilities with demonstrated previous results in creating strategic direction
Experience in managing large budgets and deliver across multiple KPIs
