Marketing specialist at Oter
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing specialist to join our team with a strong focus on performance marketing and growth hacking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies, experience working with startups and mobile apps.
What you would keep yourself busy with:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Performance marketing
- Community building
- Competitors analysis & marketing research
- Social media marketing
- Establish scalable marketing processes to support growth and efficiency
- Work closely with the product team to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other co-founders and team members to define and execute strategies to achieve company goals
What an ideal candidate looks like:
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to generate innovative growth strategies
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset. You like to be thrown in the deep, are creative and have an exceptional determination to get things done. It’s the results that matter
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies for startups or established businesses
- Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
