Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media and graphic design to join the Bottle Nexus team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, launching, and analyzing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance our brand's exposure and engagement. This role requires proficiency in graphic design tools, social media management, and marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
- *MUST HAVE*: Understanding of the alcohol beverage industry and compliance with ABC regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Google Analytics, AdWords, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret KPIs to drive marketing decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and marketing partners.
- Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and affiliate channels.
- Analyze and track campaign performance using tools such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Google Analytics, AdWords, Google Search Console, and SEO techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and adapt marketing strategies to meet legal requirements.
- Utilize Bottle Nexus's capabilities for live retailer data and complete retailer handling to inform marketing strategies.
- Customize marketing efforts to align with Bottle Nexus's brand identity and target audience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with Bottle Nexus's platform and its advantages over competitors.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance for digital marketing materials.
- Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns and graphic design work.
- References or case studies demonstrating successful campaign management and KPI improvement.
