Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help drive lead generation while developing customer loyalty. The role will focus on building and implementing campaigns that will build brand awareness and promote current and new solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the Americas region. The role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Americas.8
Key responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that complement wider marketing activities to ensure maximum ROI and reach. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
Paid Media Strategy: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, Americas to develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Choozle, and other 3rd party advertising channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different paid media channels. Monitor and report on budget utilization, making recommendations for adjustments and optimization as needed.
Creative Development: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our creatives remain effective.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of paid media campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Collaboration and stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, digital and MarTech, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Report regularly to stakeholders including the SVP of Marketing and Director of Demand Generation on successes and learnings.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media to contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.
