POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning and tactical execution of campaigns across all digital marketing channels including, websites and landing pages, marketing automation platform, email, paid and organic social media, SEO, and SEM, as well as assistance with traditional marketing channels such as conferences and events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Executing digital campaigns utilizing Hubspot as the marketing automation platform.
- Project manage the building of omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
- Publish content to all ScribeAmerica social media channels and track analytics for each platform.
- Actively monitor all corporate social media platforms, respond to comments, questions, and concerns, and involve appropriate internal resources when necessary.
- Maintain social media analytics dashboards and produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-specific reports.
- Work with the website team to continually optimize ScribeAmerica websites for user experience, SEO, and conversions.
- Posts public-ready content to ScribeAmerica websites and tracks performance analytics for all published content.
- Creates and manages email, automated marketing, and drip campaigns.
- Builds and maintains paid social media campaigns on all relevant platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Assists in the logistics planning and execution of ScribeAmerica conferences and events.
- Assists website team with maintaining the company intranet and self-service marketing asset library.
- Assists VP of marketing with developing annual marketing plans and roadmaps.
- Manage PR outreach to industry publications and reporters to keep ScribeAmerica in the larger medical scribe and AI conversations.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a healthcare or related field
- Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate technical capability, strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization, communication proficiency, and teamwork
- Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build effective processes to handle recurring tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity.
- Self-starter capable of recognizing needs and opportunities and acting on them.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and communicate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing platforms and best practices.
- Public Relations and communications experience preferred
- Experience with Hubspot and WordPress preferred.
- Design experience and skills are highly preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working remotely. As an exempt employee, he or she must be available to work outside of normal business hours at the request of the Vice President of Marketing.
Travel
Travel is expected occasionally for this position, as needed for particular marketing events.

Compensation range: Our compensation range for this position is 50k-60k, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location
