What we are looking for:
Your role will be very much at the heart of CobbleWeb, bridging the gap between technical and business spheres. We’re looking for a superhero who only sees a hill where others see a mountain.
Creative and collaborative, you will work with our developers to deliver inspirational and innovative solutions to a demanding client base of entrepreneurs and partners who expect their products to be ahead of the curve.

Your Role:
Full responsibility for the product life cycle: from outlining requirements to delivery and testing.
Working within an established agile framework: daily stand-ups, planning meetings, running retrospectives.
Close collaboration with clients in order to create functional specifications and outline requirements, including deliveries and testing.
Able to translate the requirements and needs of clients to developers (and vice versa).
Support and motivate your team with clear and achievable deliverables. While you will not be responsible for designing technical solutions, it is your responsibility to define expected business outcomes.
Manage the release roadmap and backlog for multiple projects.
Create clear and detailed front-end and back-end epics and user stories. Prioritise ruthlessly.
Our expectations of you:
You have to be process oriented, user centric, and results focused.
You should have some product management experience, preferably working on complex digital systems (online marketplaces, SaaS)
Good understanding of Agile methodology
Awesome communication skills
An analytical mindset
A technical or analytical background is very welcome, but not essential
When you start: ASAP (Full time remote job)
Type of contract:
- Permanent
- Full remote position with 2 company retreats per year
- Fixed working time (4 hours in common with GMT zone time)
- Paid holidays
