As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the relationships across our customer base, tackling their business, technical, process, and project challenges, maintaining an excellent retention rate, and driving adoption of the LoadSpring Platform across our customer base. Our Customer Success Analysts help translate and drive results for our customers, it’s what makes us so unique and different.
Responsibilities and Duties Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting enterprise customers with technical issues; including developing project plans and status reports
- Experience in PreSales and Customer Success solutions for customers
- Experience communicating which business requirements are the drivers of the key results
- Experience synthesizing line of business and technical data and information into “actionable intelligence” that can be trusted
- Experience improving services, capabilities and customer expectations
- Challenger personality with an understanding of how to successfully effect change and keep momentum towards better solutions/results
- Ability to travel 10-20%
