As Sr Manager, eCommerce Marketing, you will be responsible for driving Member acquisition by scaling and leading our next phase of profitable growth. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to impact critical KPI’s such as site visits, product views, cart ads, order completions, repeat visits, and cart abandonment. The Sr Manager, eCommerce Marketing must also encompass an analytical mindset and profit orientation. They must thrive in an environment of fast testing, measuring, and iterating in pursuit of goals and objectives.

What you'll be doing
- Develop growth strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Own the brand: ensure the look/feel and messaging of all campaigns and new content adheres to brand standards
- Create and own multi‐channel and evolving growth strategy based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.
- Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels
- Increase our reach, engagement, and loyalty across all platforms
- Create new growth opportunities through uncovering and leveraging new emerging platforms
- Oversee lead generation and member acquisition activity through from ideation to execution
- Drive consumer traffic to website, landing pages, and social media with intent of optimizing and increasing conversion rates
- Develop and implement robust member engagement and retention strategy
- Test and Learn: A/B test new and unique ideas based on deep understanding of data
- Use analytical techniques to identify and unblock bottlenecks; define KPIs and goals for success; analyze member data and users’ feedback
What will make you successful:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, including 4+ in a direct‐response/acquisition/audience
- Deep experience with using analytical tools and interpreting data to drive decisions and behavior
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
- Strong track record of building growth hack programs that have measurable impact
- Transformational leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, an executive presence and a startup mindset
