WORK
FROM HOME - Customer Service.
Does
the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on
your face? A major customer service company is looking for REMOTE customer
service representatives to join their team.
Location:
Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours will be decided by client must
be able to work between 8am to 8pm EST) 2 week virtual training will be
provided! This is paid at $12.50/hr. After training the pay will increase to
$13.50/hr.
Candidates
must have their own work from home equipment: high speed internet, USB headset,
Ethernet cable, up to date laptop or desktop. Photo of workstation will be
required. This is a full time position. Candidates must pass an extensive
background check and 9 panel drug test in addition to a digital interview
questionnaire. This remote position is temporary to permanent.
Responsibilities:

Answer calls from customers to schedule, modify, and/or cancel reservations as
requested with the highest degree of accuracy.

Perform logistics troubleshooting and confirm resolution with the customer,
approaching each call with a "one-call resolution" mindset.
+
Respond professionally and efficiently to customers, explain possible
solutions, and ensure that customer's feel supported and valued.
+
Engage in active listening with customers, confirm or clarify information and
de-escalate issues, as needed.
+
Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately.
+
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing
excellent, consistent customer service.

Update customer record with specific details of each call.
