contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound
calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and
securing payments.
Here's what a day in the life of a
Collections Representative looks like:
* Call consumers to secure payments on past
due accounts. Each call is unique…you'll never get bored!
* Our Collections Representatives also need
to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as
well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
Our ideal candidate will have the following
skills and qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* FDCPA knowledge preferred
* High speed internet required (10-15 Mbps
upload/download)
* Ability to work from a quiet home office
setting
* Professional phone etiquette and solid
negotiating skills
* Positive attitude and strong customer
service aptitude
* Ability to problem solve and multitask
* Willingness to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to remain in a stationary position

* Ability to exchange accurate information

Shift: Monday - Friday between 8:45am -
6:00pmSaturday/Sunday OFF$13.00 per hour plus bonus potential.
