Executive Assistant to CEO

Priority VA has formed an exciting new partnership with a serial entrepreneur who is the Co-Founder and CEO of a venture-backed SaaS-based intelligent customer relationship management (CRM) platform for relationship-oriented industries that helps users develop and strengthen authentic, long-lasting relationships.
This driven CEO believes relationships are our most important asset and seeks an experienced Executive Assistant who believes the same. This position will start as a 1099 contract position for 10-20 hours per week with great potential to grow from there as he launches into new ventures.
This is a part-time remote opportunity as a 1099 subcontractor.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe, and funds. You seek clarity when needed and using your resources not questions to make things happen.
- Communicate with kindness - Drive contact with investors, team, clients, and more throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines, and grow the relationship.
- Manage resources efficiently - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project or need without wasting time, energy, and money.
- Develop project plans and support - Create plans for each project or need to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost in partnership with your CEO and teams.
- Track and communicate progress - Keeping everyone in the know and your CEO bottom-line informed without check-ins or follow-up is non-negotiable. Manage email, calendar, files, and more.
Who You Are
- Have 2-3 years of direct EA experience to C-suite Execs
- Ability to manage super short timelines and investor demands a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications in a succinct manner
- Your brand of service leaves people feeling seen, heard, and cared for
- Knows how to lead and do without tons of questions or formed SOPs
- Ability to multitask and keep your CEO doing only what they can do
- Tech-savvy using cloud-based tools like GSuite, Slack, Notion, etc.
- Trust is part of your professional and personal brand as an EA
- You know an actual emergency when you see it to involve your CEO
- Small talk is not something you need in order to partner with your Exec
