About Think Big Program: Think Big Program is an online training and coaching program for independent, small businesses. Think Big Program began in 2007 as in-person courses and is now all online. Our business model has shifted by adding sustainability into the mix. For the next few months, the site content, program graphics, social media and marketing campaigns will need to be redesigned and deployed. Broadly speaking, the goals of these campaigns will be to capture leads, increase enrollment and fill seats for online events.
About this position: As Marketing Coordinator (Part-time), you’ll work directly with the program founder to create social media campaigns, event marketing campaigns, website content and graphics, create branded assignments in Google and proofreading blog posts.

This position is a part-time role (15 hours or less per week) and is predominately virtual. If you are located in or near Austin, TX, there may be 1 or 2 in-person meetings.
Pay Rate is dependent upon experience. Pay range is $18-26/hour to start.
Responsibilities
· Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
· Edit and proofread copy as needed
· Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
· Think creatively to develop an intriguing marketing and other marketing materials
· Create and manage the marketing calendar, deadlines, timelines, etc.
· Project management for marketing events, including webinars and master classes
· Work with Business Development on a regular basis to plan initiatives
· Present marketing initiatives results and plans to sales on a regular basis
· Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
· Work closely with Content Manager to support your efforts
Education and Experience
· Experience with copywriting, marketing or related role
· Experience with Google apps, MS Office products
· Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
· Experience with Thinkific a plus
· Familiarity with writing for both B2B and B2C audiences
