Workday Business Analyst role based REMOTELY. This is a 6+ month contract position and the pay rate is flexible depending on experience. Here are the details:

Position Description:
The Business Analyst will work alongside a team of 4 mapping data from the organization's Workday to their acquired partner's Workday, a more centralized database. The Business Analyst's main responsibilities will be to utilize Workday and automation, analyze existing data usage, analyze data sources, evaluate data quality, and map data sources to a centralized Workday database.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document the data mining requirements, processes and workflows, and develop automation requirements for Workday
- Evaluate data sources and technology options, recommend appropriate solutions, and create the functional specifications that meet those requirements
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and automation
- Partner effectively with all levels of the organization and be responsible for direct interaction with clients
- Manage and work on multiple priorities
- Adhere to company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday and automation
- Familiarity with account creation as well as on and off-boarding
- Strong understanding of Investment Data and Investment Management industry
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with integration and migration
- Prior experience leading a team or managing a project
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts in a fashion tailored for the audience
- Ability to deliver under stress in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process analysis and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance from manager
- Preferably has worked with larger enterprise financial clients
- Has to be capable of hitting the ground running from day 1
