Responsibilities and DutiesAs a mobile UI/UX designer, you and your team make sure that our app portfolio consists of intuitive, easy to use interfaces. You will have significant ownership of the user experience of our consumer apps that help to feed App Annie’s market intelligence product.
- Working closely with the Product Manager to transform functional requirements into creative solutions
- Delivering engineering-ready specifications, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and assets that are ready to be used by the team
- Working closely with the developers on a daily basis to arrive at the best interfaces possible given technical constraints
- Grounding your decisions in research and user testing, instead of gut feeling
- Presenting and explaining your work to the team
You should recognize yourself in the following…
- BSc/MSc in a UX, Product Design or HCI related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- You have made beautiful useful stuff and you can show it in your portfolio
- You are not afraid to take a stand and defend your designs
- Strong conceptual, interaction and visual design skills
- Experience in designing mobile app experiences with tools like Sketch or Adobe XD
- Energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the work you do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
