This position can be Virtual based in India ( US CST Timings).
YASH Technologies, Inc., is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team based in TX office. We need a friendly, outgoing individual who strives for excellence in providing excellent service to internal partners, as well as finding great talent. In this role, you will provide recruiting support to Yash US teams. Our recruiters provide full-cycle recruiting in a fun, creative and fast-paced environment. Our mission is to make sure everyone we engage with (internally and externally) has an outstanding experience.
Your Daily activities
- You will lead the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber IT candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and interview plans.
- Work closely with other team members to drive recruiting process for client teams; from sourcing to closing offers.
- You will build rapport and trust with leadership and partners throughout the organization.
- You will introduce candidates to YASH's culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.
- You will partner with cross-functional team members on matters related to onboarding, training, benefits, equipment etc.
A Little About You:
- You have a minimum of 4years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in an in-house environment.
- Previous experience recruiting for Java, SAP,QAD, data science, analytics, product management and product design positions, preferably in a IT Staffing companies based in India
- Experience using ATS (or other HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems), MS Teams, and online chat/communication tools.
- You thrive working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Possess a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, pragmatic demeanor
- You have a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and trustworthy.
- You're a sourcing pro and can identify qualified talent.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- You're organized, pay close attention to detail, and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Must be able to structure your work, able to work virtually NIGHT SHIFT and must be result oriented.
- Bachelor's Degree or have the equivalent experience required.
