You're ridiculously passionate about all things personal and professional development.
You ask questions, speak with candor, challenge conventional wisdom, and always remain open to better ideas.
There is no pattern in your life of people calling you a jerk.
You know how to communicate to the CEO, the customer, the media, new team, and even skeptical teenagers about why what we're building changes lives.
You know what we mean when we say you make the team the hero.
You love personal growth as much as you love numbers
