We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant or Manager to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties
You will be leading all our digital Marketing efforts. You could be based anywhere in the world and will be working with other teams based in Goa and New Delhi.You will be responsible for understanding the product strategy and translate it into a content strategy across:
- SMS / Push notifications
- Blog
- Social Media
You will also responsible for executing the marketing strategy across channels to achieve our growth targets, bring about product education to improve product adoption, and retention & to promote better employer branding.
We are waiting for you to work on :
- Building product understanding & value proposition;
- Creating a content strategy across different channels;
- Managing both transactional & promotional streams of communication;
- Creating & measuring marketing experiments;
- Execution of content strategy & continuously optimize for better results;
- Communicating experiments & results to the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Passionate about our cause of employment for women.
A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing.
