Founded in 1987, No Headache® brand headwear has been a fixture in high-end boutiques, golf shops, tennis shops, and vacation resorts around the world. While No headache product can still be found in these premier shops, online sales through its website and online marketplaces now account for the majority of sales and planned future growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
3D Activewear, Inc is looking for a talented, dynamic, creative, and resourceful Ecommerce Brand Manager to join our virtual office team. The Ecommerce Brand Manager will develop and implement initiatives to ensure that our No Headache® branded online store and online marketplaces deliver the best shopping experience across all digital channels. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will use available data to identify new opportunities, measure success, and recommend strategy changes to build eCommerce channel growth and increase conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the eCommerce business for the brand through both our branded website and eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, et al)
- Ensure inventory position is maximized and eCommerce merchandising, and content are optimized to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on eCommerce / digital marketing calendar, working closely with the marketing partners to strategize on promotions and product offerings.
- Oversee and implement a consistent, brand-enhancing, end-to-end customer experience from customer attraction and conversion to retention and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Product Development to analyze purchase data and recommend pricing, assortment changes, new product opportunities, etc.
- Ensure all content and site information is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee site merchandising, ensuring it has a fresh representation of the product, balancing new arrivals & top sellers.
- Collaborate with Production to maintain proper sales to stock inventory ratio.
- Develop and maintain robust analytic reporting and metrics to recommend actions to maximize growth opportunities and conversion. Communicate eCommerce performance reporting and analysis with the team to share pertinent learnings.
- Support executives with analysis of key business metrics and site performance, as needed.
- Recommend, and implement technological solutions and services to enhance customer experience and site performance.
- Manage monthly and daily sales forecasting for the channel, initiating shifts in marketing and merchandising strategies as needed to meet targets.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of eCommerce experience, 2+ years of digital marketing.
- Expert in Shopify.
- Previous eCommerce management experience in women's fashion brands is a plus.
- Experience with the following platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Facebook, and Google Suite.
- Use expert analytical skills to create an exceptional online experience, optimize ROI, conversion, and revenue.
- Understanding of information architecture and user experience fundamentals.
- Understanding of online retailing best practices, and web technology applications.
- Illustrator & Photoshop proficiency is a plus.
- A self-directed individual that knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline.
- Ability to move quickly, make bold decisions, enthusiastic about growth.
- Previous experience working with virtual teams in a remote environment.
