TELECOMMUTE LOCATION: REMOTE
WinnCompanies is looking for a quick-learner and multitasker to join our team in a remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in handling calls and scheduling all service orders for our residents. You will receive and record service requests, handle customer questions and concerns, and properly code and dispatch non-work order requests, including proper documentation and escalation when necessary.
*Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00pm- 9:00pm EST
