What you’ll do:

• 1. Own all aspects of the current Adaptive Planning instance including but not limited to administrative support to end users, routine model updates, user setup, etc.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and be the project owner to partner with outside consulting firm to provide continuous improvement to current Adaptive models and build new models such as Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting model.
  3. Work closely with other FP&A team members to build workflows, reports, dashboard to support budget, forecast activities and regular reporting needs.
  4. Work with other system administrative teams that manage NetSuite, SFDC, UKG, etc. to create, test and maintain integrations between different systems to support reporting and planning activities.
  5. Development, document and implement procedures and processes that guide best practices for end users.
  6. Keep up to date with updates of Adaptive; provide support and training to end users.
  7. Work with key stakeholders to define, develop and maintain the reporting of main metrics to drive key business decisions
  8. Use business intelligence tools to build out scalable data models, compile, and analyze large amount of data from different data sources into distilled, actionable information and insights
  9. Lead analytical projects from inception to conclusion that will inform Everbridge’s strategic plan and drive decision making
  10. Coordinate across the organization to ensure the accuracy of financial data used for financial reporting

What you’ll bring:

• 1. Intermediate experience using Adaptive
  2. Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) strongly preferred
  3. 3-5 years of analytics, FP&A or related experience
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics preferred
  5. Proven ability to provide solutions to business needs through translating business scenarios into technical languages.
  6. Demonstrated ability to combine data from multiple sources to create clear and concise reporting
  7. Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
  8. Detail oriented with capability to complete complex assignments with minimal supervision.
  9. Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and messaging skills
  10. Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred
  11. Experience implementing Adaptive is a bonus
