Job Location: Open to US Remote Candidates
Job Summary:
As a Jr. SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the Sr. SEO Specialist to build out client projects and collaborate on SEO efforts. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks. We are looking for individuals who have a foundation (working knowledge) in Search Engine Optimization. Candidates should have an understanding of current SEO best practices, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools & Bing Business Pages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute keyword research for various websites/projects and prepare & optimize content silos. (such as blog posts and site content).
- Perform on-page optimization, including internal linking, meta data, etc.
- Identify and correct website errors through technical SEO efforts.
- Perform competitor analysis and report on SEO strategies and techniques used by our competitors.
- Assist in developing link-building strategies and perform regular backlink analysis.
- Create SEO proposals and case studies.
- Implement on-page and off-page Local SEO strategies.
- Understand the client’s short and long-term goals and develop, implement, and collaborate with SEO strategy to meet those goals.
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Optimize and manage listings (eg. Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, etc).
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
