THE ROLE: MARKETING COORDINATOR
Stingray Direct is a direct-to-consumer, large-scale performance-based e-commerce company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and will support all Omni-channel brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the supplement (health and wellness) industry and have previous experience in marketing or related fields.
Key Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to: content creation, social media, email marketing, product launches, and PR
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful project completion, including but not limited to: product fulfillment requests, updating press sheets, processing payment requests from influencers/social agencies/PR partners, etc.
Conduct product and market research and analysis to help inform marketing strategies - identifying customer needs, preferences, and trends
Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as presentations, product sheets, shot lists, social media, email campaigns etc.
Manage the organization and distribution of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and other media
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels
Support existing/future brand development and execution to support and elevate brand launches and contribute to overall company goals
