Join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing data-driven marketing strategies, and overseeing the planning and execution of ad creatives for campaigns.
We're looking for a talented professional with excellent communication, analytical, project management, and creative skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, consumer psychology, and best practices for paid social ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Understand and align with clients' business objectives and goals, providing regular progress updates, creative reports, and insights.
Strategy Development:
- Craft comprehensive messaging and marketing strategies by analyzing client needs, target audiences, and brand messaging.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and buyer persona creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives and identify campaign optimization and growth opportunities.
Ad Creative Management:
- Lead the planning, strategizing, and management of ad creatives for campaigns the media buying team runs.
- Utilize performance reports and competitor research to guide future strategies and create themes and structures for ad creatives.
- Innovate new, creative approaches to designing ads and leveraging creative assets to grow eCommerce brands while sharing learnings with the team.
- Streamline workflows and processes for the graphic design team's delivery to the media buying team.
- Own responsibilities for sourcing UGC content from creators.
Campaign Execution:
- Ensure timely and successful execution of client campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams, including creative, content, social media, search, and analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize and improve results while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
New Business Development:
- Showcase Brighter Click's capabilities and expertise by contributing to developing proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
- Network at industry events, conferences, and gatherings to build relationships and identify potential new clients.
- Take ownership of developing and improving processes related to your work.
Team Collaboration and Growth:
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment by working closely with cross-functional teams and sharing insights, best practices, and learnings.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve knowledge and skills while providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Strong English skills - both written and verbal
- The ability to incorporate ad copy planning into your creative strategy
- Full-time
- 3-4 years of experience with ad design
- Experience working with 6-8 figure e-commerce brands
- Must have an eagle eye for creativity and details
- Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and tactics
