What You'll Do


You'll join a team that will power BambooHR's organic marketing engine. During your three-month contract, you'll help our content optimization efforts and drive short- and long-term improvements. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing weekly deadlines and controlling scope creep (e.g., focus on strategic content improvements when full rewrites aren't required)
    • Projects may include content optimizations, crafting new content, or participating in efforts to optimize BambooHR's library.
  • Producing articles that are more engaging and clear than what's currently ranking in the Top 10 results
  • Enriching BambooHR's content library with unique, compelling insights based on original research
  • Practicing empathy for our audience of HR professionals
  • Demystifying complex topics using clear, actionable writing
  • Receiving, implementing, and learning from constructive feedback to improve voice, style, and structure of writing
You may also assist with additional Website team projects, such as implementing content tags and populating blog pages with CTAs. You may also contribute strategic net-new content that expands BambooHR's library.


What You Need To Get The Job Done


  • Proven track record of producing SEO-optimized content
  • Able to adapt writing style and voice to BambooHR's style guide and audience
  • Willing to collaborate closely with and work as an extension of the BambooHR copywriting and content teams
