As a Senior UX Designer at ScalePad, your mission is to create exceptional user experiences, drive UX strategy, and push the boundaries of design. Empower users, differentiate our platform, and make a genuine impact on our people, product, and partners. Join us in building something amazing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for your domain, from concept to visualization, ensuring alignment with our brand, values, and vision.
• Conduct interviews and research to create personas and journey maps that capture the needs and goals of our users.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders to communicate concepts and workflows, fostering brainstorming and collaborative design sessions.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes to illustrate and present your design ideas effectively.
• Validate designs through A/B testing and prototypes, incorporating user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that the user experience meets the expectations of our buyers and aligns with the overall product strategy.
  
  

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in delivering end-to-end customer journeys through thoughtful UX design.
• 5+ years of experience providing UX design for Lean & Agile SaaS development.
• Proven experience in launching new innovative products that challenge market expectations.
• Proficiency with UX processes, best practices, and tools such as Miro, Balsamiq, and Figma.
• Strong validation and iteration skills, with a collaborative approach to incorporating feedback.
• Empathy towards users and a dedication to creating meaningful conversations through design.
• A passion for generating ideas, solving complex problems, and achieving success as part of a team.
