Managing and maintaining content management systems including blog site
Plan and create written content for email campaigns, blog posts, advertising, newsletters, campaigns, landing pages, and supporting content strategy initiatives
Editing and proofreading content from other team members
Interviewing users for written case studies, testimonials, and other articles
Using key customer personas as a guide to writing content targeted at new, current, and past global customers
Required skills:
Degree in communications, marketing, public relations or 2+ years of equivalent experience in product, brand, or consumer marketing
Experience creating copy for a global audience to build brand awareness and nurture, retain, and convert customers
Strong copywriting skills: clear, concise, creative, and grammatically correct copy
Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
Ability to work within deadlines and move projects forward
Experience brainstorming messaging for marketing campaigns
Understanding of social media channels
Self-motivated and organized
Plus, bonus points for any experience working on Agile teams and using SketchUp, other 3D modeling programs, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries is beneficial for this role.
