Position: Senior UX Designer
- Ready to own end-to-end experiences and mentor team members, providing feedback on design thinking and framing problem space for discussions.
- Set context for problem space, align stakeholders, communicate with critical stakeholders, and provide team leadership.
- Partner with engineering for successful design implementation, challenge limitations, and adjust engineering schedules.
- Ideate solutions for complex design problems and advocate for design solutions.
- Be self-directed and highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
- Energized by talking to customers and love tackling exciting problems.

- Bachelor's / Master’s / Equivalent Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- Minimum 5+ year’s of industry experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)
- Proven track record of innovative thinking, a history of using design to drive new ideas, and the ability to influence others to make the right design decisions.
- Ability to articulate your thinking using a variety of mediums from design mocks and interaction flows to detailed prototypes and specifications (with an emphasis on customer value).
- Self-directed and organized; motivated to get the details right.
- Experience working directly with users, running studies, or collaborating with a researcher.
- Software design experience
- Graphic/visual design experience
- Proficient in Figma
- Good understanding of client management and project management. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with client service mentality, willingness to learn and commitment to deliver.
- Working knowledge of local and global design trends and ability to apply design thinking in project deliverables.
- Experience in designing enterprise-scale software solutions in supply chain industry or related industry is a plus.
- Experience with data-centric analytical or intelligent applications is a plus
- Ability to prototype
- History of working with engineers to implement and test solutions
- Ability to breakdown a design vision into a phased plan to implement
- Experience working with and presenting to executives/senior stakeholders
- Experience designing cross-platform
- The salary range for this position is $110,430 - $139,266
