BY-UX team is looking for a Senior UX Designer for our North America Design Team. What you will be doing?
As a hands-on Senior UX Design team member, you will collaborate with members of design, business, and product development teams to improve the user experience for BY products and applications. You will lead one of the core initiatives in Supply Chain Execution space ranging from Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Retail, and eCommerce space and more, through its full cycle – from insights gathering, concept design to final delivery to end-users. In the process, you will create designs for both Web and Mobile UI with highly intuitive and functional UX patterns. For this mission to be accomplished you will get active support from Platform UX, who will provide guidance on reuse of components from existing Luminate design system. The position requires someone who can bring clear understanding to our users and their needs, create, and validate concepts and prototype solutions in quick iterative cycle, and be also keen to measure success through launch and monitoring clients and end-user feedback as a continuous cycle.

Minimum Qualifications
We're looking for someone who can articulate their thinking using a variety of mediums, from design mocks to detailed prototypes and specifications. You should be passionate about your work, pay attention to detail, and can help others make the right design decisions. To be successful in this role, you'll need well-rounded UX design skills with a proven track record of innovative thinking. You'll have the ability to conceptualize the big picture as well as delivering detailed designs.

Bachelor's / Master’s / Equivalent Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
Minimum 5+ year’s of industry experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)
Proven track record of innovative thinking, a history of using design to drive new ideas, and the ability to influence others to make the right design decisions.
Ability to articulate your thinking using a variety of mediums from design mocks and interaction flows to detailed prototypes and specifications (with an emphasis on customer value).
Self-directed and organized; motivated to get the details right.
Experience working directly with users, running studies, or collaborating with a researcher.
Software design experience
Graphic/visual design experience
Proficient in Figma
Preferred Qualifications
Good understanding of client management and project management. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with client service mentality, willingness to learn and commitment to deliver.
Working knowledge of local and global design trends and ability to apply design thinking in project deliverables.
Experience in designing enterprise-scale software solutions in supply chain industry or related industry is a plus.
Experience with data-centric analytical or intelligent applications is a plus
Ability to prototype
History of working with engineers to implement and test solutions
Ability to breakdown a design vision into a phased plan to implement
Experience working with and presenting to executives/senior stakeholders
Experience designing cross-platform
The salary range for this position is $110,430 - $139,266
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
