JOB SUMMARY

As a key member of our creative team, you'll be at the forefront of producing visually compelling designs for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, digital media, and branding materials. Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for various projects, marketing collateral, and branding materials, including but not limited to presentations, brochures, flyers, one-pagers, templates, infographics, advertisement and social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence and manage and execute graphic design requests specific to department needs across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and HR.
• Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment that demands quick turnaround times, ensuring all work is visually appealing, high quality, and created to meet required specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and process management skills.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite) to execute high-quality graphic designs.
• Stay ahead in the ever-changing graphic design landscape by adapting to evolving trends and technologies.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team, offering insight and expertise to enhance our visual brand storytelling continuously.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and clearly and proactively communicate status updates across all ongoing projects.
• Thrive as a team player, bringing creativity and versatility to the dynamic work setting.
• Expertise in design for key marketing channels such as social media (LinkedIn) and paid advertising (Google, Display) is a plus.
• Perform retouching and image manipulation as needed.
• Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across the organization while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, and digital and print output.

Requirements:

• Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software, demonstrating advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), and a strong background in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs for a variety of projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs that align with brand standards.
• Demonstrated adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies, showcasing a proactive approach to staying current.
• Team player mentality, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture while contributing creatively to projects.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Shortcut, etc.) is a plus.
