Role Overview:
- As our Graphic Designer, you'll lead and create compelling designs across a range of design work, with an emphasis on digital, web, print, and social media platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining our brand's visual identity and elevating our corporate image through creative excellence. An independent worker and self-starter with a high standard of visual execution will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from initiation to completion.
- Design assets for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Utilize a cohesive brand identity across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business-oriented graphic design experience, B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in digital design technologies and principles of UX/UI.
- Strong skills in graphic design fundamentals, including typography and color theory.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
