We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Design Team, focusing on our internal communications. As a designer working with our People Department, this role is essential in designing a variety of on-brand collateral to support our own associate experiences at one of Utah’s top companies.

- Work with partners to assess competing priorities, managing your time across several projects simultaneously
- Help support and improve the SeekWell associate experience
- 3+ years experience working as a graphic designer
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Strong design skills in brand identity, layout, illustration, photography, typography, digital and print
- Ability to balance and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment despite changing priorities
- Effective time management, project management and stakeholder communication
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking, communication and writing skills
- Ability to present work to partners and effectively solicit and address feedback
