We're looking for someone who loves social media, graphic design, and content creation. Other responsibilities will include collaborating with the company's internal team on small and large projects, supporting GRS initiatives and more.
Responsibilities*
Reflect the voice of GRS across all social platforms. Assist with content development, execution, social experiences, tracking and reporting.*
Concept and design for social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and digital mediums, including emails, banner ads, landing pages and more.*
Create marketing assets for The River Connect, Grand River Solutions' virtual community*
Other duties as assigned by marketing and design leads.
Required Qualifications*
Experience managing social media including content development, execution, tracking and reporting.*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of professionalism, a natural tendency toward collaboration, and have a commitment to contributing to a high-functioning team; clearly articulate visual design concepts; and give and take direction and feedback well*
Demonstrated graphic design and storytelling creativity*
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign*
Strong editing skills - a keen eye for detail, artistic sensibility, and excellent grammatical skills*
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize projects for completion in a timely manner*
Ability to problem solve and recommend production/design solutions*
Portfolio of work is requested as part of application process
SalaryGRS has different base pay ranges for different locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistent with different geographic markets. Compensation offered will depend on various factors in addition to location of primary residence, such as job level, complexity and responsibility required by the role, knowledge, job duties and requirements, relevant experience, and skills.
The pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New York City is $70,000 - $85,000. For those who are elsewhere in California, the range is $45,000 - $85,000. For those based in Colorado, the range is $45,000 - $70,000. For those based in Washington State, the range is $45,000 - $85,000. As noted above, all of these pay ranges depend upon specific location, knowledge, relevant experience, background, and skills.
